Refund Policy

At MM Beauty Concept, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions detailed below.

Timeframes

• Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible Damage: For visible damage (broken items, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.

Resolution Options Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product available in stock.

• Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products carry a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

• Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

• Natural wear and tear from use (oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).
